Amanda Mina serves as Projects & Communications Coordinator at the Centre for Missional Leadership, where she helps pastors, lay leaders, and church teams stay connected to CML’s programs and learning communities. She leads communications strategy, supports program operations and registration, coordinates projects across the CML and St. Andrew’s Hall, and ensures that CML’s story is told with clarity, warmth, and accessibility.
Before working in the nonprofit and church sector, Amanda spent more than two decades in the corporate world in roles spanning communications, operations, and customer experience. That background—combining detail-oriented systems thinking with creative storytelling—shapes the relational, strategic approach she brings to her work today.
Amanda is multi-vocational, serving across several interconnected organizations committed to renewing the church’s witness in Canada. Alongside her work with CML, she is part of the leadership of Citygate Vancouver and works with Reflector Project, where she supports media production, public engagement, and organizational strategy.
