A Renewed Canadian Welcome

It’s time to have a different conversation about refugees and migrants in Canada.

The CML is pleased to host our friends from Citizens for Public Justice in support of the launch of A Renewed Canadian Welcome: Eleven Visions from Migrants and Advocates, published by McGill-Queen’s University Press.

Born of the work of CPJ, A Renewed Canadian Welcome brings together leading scholars and activists to help readers understand the barriers facing refugees and migrants in Canada, movements for human-rights based policies, and moments that have successfully shifted Canada’s immigration policies towards compassion and justice.

The event is free to attend – please RSVP so that we can anticipate how many people to expect.
